I am pleased to provide this unsolicited testimonial for Mark. 

Mark came to our house on the day of our settlement, at short notice, to clear a badly blocked and backed up waste water drain (not a pleasant working environment). 

He worked very efficiently and located the blockage which was due to some drain fittings that had deteriorated with age on the cross-leased neighbour’s property.

At all times he maintained a cheerful and thoroughly professional approach. 

We latter discovered that a toilet bowl had a piece broken out of it and to his credit Mark did not quibble and argue he simply said get a plumber to fix it and I will see that he gets paid. And that is exactly what he did. 

There is a show on television that shows that some trade people are not to be trusted. Mark shows the other side of the coin. He is a person of his word and has total integrity. I am happy to personally comment further on my positive experience of the service provide by Mark of Drain King.
